Keepers Cottage Executive Coaching was founded on a simple belief: when leaders have the opportunity to pause, reflect and gain perspective, they make better decisions, inspire greater confidence and create lasting impact.
I'm Debbie Emery, Founder of Keepers Cottage Executive Coaching, a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD (FCIPD) and a qualified Executive Coach, with more than 20 years' experience helping organisations develop exceptional leaders, strengthen teams and build high-performing cultures.
Throughout my career I've partnered with executive teams across global organisations, leading talent, leadership development, organisational effectiveness, culture and transformation. Today, I combine that experience with professional coaching to support leaders and organisations through growth, change and complexity.
My coaching is practical, thoughtful and grounded in real organisational experience. Every conversation is tailored to the individual, team or organisation, creating the space to think clearly, build confidence and translate insight into meaningful action.

Traditionally, a keeper's cottage sits quietly within an estate, offering a place to observe, understand the landscape and gain perspective before taking action.

- Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD) — the highest professional grade awarded by the CIPD.
- Qualified Executive Coach (Advanced Executive Coaching).
- ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Mentoring.
- Accredited in a range of psychometric and leadership assessment tools, including Hogan, Insights Discovery, MBTI, OPQ, EQ-i, SDI and others.
